Dr. Conner is a professor of psychology at Grand Rapids Community College. As we approach our national holiday of Love, Valentine’s Day, this presentation will consider the research and practice of love. In this session participants will be introduced to a specific definition of love as well as examples of different types of love. This session will also address what it takes to have love in your life as well as how to sustain a loving relationship. Less happy topics such as abuse and the effect of lost love will also be covered. |
